The entrance landing is 20 mm narrower than the stair width. These are separate user measurements, not corrected to match.

Ground floor → this landing → a turn → the user's floor. Heights, step counts and flight directions remain unmeasured; this study is not connected to the house model.

Dry storage, not equipment storage

Folded ladder: 500 mm nominal bay, approximately 460 W × 410 D × 1960 H mm clear inside. The folded ladder and its insertion/tilting envelope must be measured before joinery. General storage: 600 mm nominal bay. The right-hand area stays free and unassigned.

No inverter or battery is proposed here. Equipment location is deferred to rooftop-solar and electrical planning. This dry-storage-only study remains provisional while that decision is made. No equipment bay, wiring or roof geometry is modeled.

Window & clearance

Replacement glazing, separate fixed lower protection and a closed upper vent concept. Opening dimensions and left-wall orientation are provisional. Glass is not claimed to be a certified guard.

Storage envelope: 1100 W × 450 D × 2100 H mm. Closed clearance: 1750 mm; maximum 500 mm door projection leaves 1250 mm to the front edge. The marked 820 mm strip is a design reservation, not a surveyed approach or code approval.
